Discovering Talent

Tempo loves to discover talent in the community. In this issue you will meet the members of Muse Majlis, five young ‘muses’ who have a unique concept that combines art, community and giving. Another trailblazer is Lana Nasser, an ad executive who decided to shift career gears and set up her own catering business.

In this issue we also have the pleasure to introduce the Dhabi Dames, a spunky group of opinionated expatriate women who come together to learn, live and grow. Abu Dhabi will be entertained in a big way by the three day Motorbike Show which will showcase biker paraphernalia of every form and will also feature the talent of The Dream Players, home grown performers with lots of talent and drive.
The magazine is full of business and self improvement features, as well as workshops. The big one this month is the Tamakkan seminar
which is being held in collaboration with Mubadala GE Capital, a free knowledge sharing opportunity for all.
For technologists Tempo pushes the envelope with a new bag of cool gimmicks that explore the exciting conversion of digital content with print. Engage with Tempo and our writers through www.tempoplanet.com and via contributors’ unique twitter handles.
And if you haven’t downloaded Tempo’s App for Android, do it today and have your favourite magazine at the tip of your fingers.
Kindness and peace.
