US pop-rock band, TOTO, will perform at Dubai Jazz Fest and Youtube sensation Postmodern Jukebox (PMJ) will be opening for them, covering pop songs with a vintage twist. Another major artist has joined the line-up, the multi- talented and award winning guitarist Carlos Santana will perform the this year’s jazz fest. Also returning is Sting along with Chris Botti.
