INTERN LOOKING FOR A JOB
On Tempo’s radar is a young Arab man who’s graduated from university and is looking for work. He is fluent in English and Arabic, and knows a bit of everything: design, social media, event management, sound engineering etc. This young man has had a bit of a rough time, and Tempo recommends him. If you’re interested in interviewing him drop us a line and we’ll connect you to him.

THE POWER OF THE CROWD
This photo of a Palestinian father selling pens on the roadside while holding his sleeping daughter struck a nerve with journalist Gissur Simonarson, who then posted it on the online fundraiser Indiegogo to raise money for the man. The site was flooded with a generous outpouring from all over the world, reaching USD 117,000 in just 24 hours!

A TEMPO FAVOURITE: The capacity for compassion is not exclusive to humans, see how
this dog tries to revive fish out of water.
