“I am a mother of two young boys. I have always been passionate about food and cooking since I was a little girl. I was born in Puglia, south of Italy, where food and family eating are one of the pillars of the community life: every young girl is supposed to help her mum in the kitchen; I did too – enjoying long cooking sessions and wonderful conversations with my beloved grandmother.
My idea of cooking has simple rules: easy, quick and healthy (I cook gluten free, fat free, or dairy free every time I can). I also have two very tough judges at home: my two kids. They always give the final verdict on every single meal I cook!”
