ABU DHABI MARKS MIDDLE EAST’S VOLVO OCEAN RACE DEBUT
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – 15 March 2010:An agreement signed in the United Arab Emirates’ capital, Abu Dhabi, today will see the Arabian Gulf’s emerging marine leisure hub become a host port for the 2011-12 Volvo Ocean Race. A racing team from Abu Dhabi will also take its place on the race start line in Alicante, Spain, in autumn next year.
