In commemoration of the Holy Month of Ramadan, visitors and guests are invited to take part in a compelling set of interactive, educational and artistically engaging workshops at the inaugural edition of Manarat Al Saadiyat Ramadan Evenings, a bespoke programme organised by Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi).
Currently ongoing until the 17th of June, 2017, visitors can get a glimpse of Emirati culture through a series of live demonstrations, including the weaving of a hand-knotted carpet on a loom, silk painting using Islamic motifs, Islamic inspired pattern designs and calligraphy, as well as exploring artistic creativity using a variety of textures, paints, clays and decorative materials.
