Traveling is the best way to spend your summer. I have been to Egypt only. I think the only difference between the summers here and there is that in Egypt I get to spend the whole time with my family but here I spend it with my friends. It is better with both friends and family. I enjoy it with friends because you always have exciting stuff to do. I enjoy it with my family also because it’s the only time the whole family comes together as I don’t live in the same country with them. I think Abu Dhabi is a perfect city for the summer except that the weather is terrible but other than that it is fine.

Summer is much hotter here. In summer I like sleeping, spending time with friends and family, and shopping. My advice for others is Yas Water Park and the movies. I wish there was a major music and food festival in summer.

Let’s say my ‘dream summer’ is to back pack through Europe. The weather is just perfect and you have a lot of time on your hands. It is so hot in Abu Dhabi, and you get sunburnt easily. Back in my country, after a harsh summer, we have a rainy season (July + August) or ‘monsoon.’ It would be awesome if that happened here as well. Summer is meant for spending time with family and having fun with friends. The usual eating out, sleeping and watching movies, and eating ice cream, obviously.

In summer I enjoy hanging out with friends, sleeping in. You go out with family and have food and spend time with them, which is not usually possible during the year. I wish there was a food festival or any sort of festival during summer as there is not much going on.

The heat gets pretty bad here but the nightlife is really fun. You have to balance your time; you can’t neglect your family but it is always nice to spend time with your friends – that way you get the best of both worlds. In summer I like getting as busy as possible: going out and about the city, to the beach, and filling up my day with as many activities as possible so that my summer feels fulfilling.

Summer in Abu Dhabi is much hotter since it is a desert, but still there are a lot of activities in the capital. I like going out with friends or family in the summer and spending time together. The beaches are really nice and I enjoy the events going on around the city. Picnics at the beach or at a park are always fun; I love going for a swim or just going out with friends and family.

Abu Dhabi is a place I am linked to so even if I am out of the country I will keep getting news and asking about what’s happening. If I am here I would want to spend time with my friends and family, because I am in the dorms most of the time. I like gathering with my friends and staying out most of the time, going to new places and catching up with old friends.
